DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

(In accordance with the "Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform" under Law No. 6698)

Kaizen Certification Company ("Company") attaches utmost importance to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we place great importance on processing and storing all kinds of personal data belonging to individuals associated with the Company, including those benefiting from our products and services, in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). As the "Data Controller" in accordance with the provision of Article 3/I of the KVKK, we process your personal data as described below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.

1. Collection, Processing, and Purpose of Processing of Personal Data Your personal data may vary depending on the services provided by our Company and our commercial activities. They may be collected through automatic or non-automatic methods, verbally, in writing, or electronically, through the Company's units and offices, website, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar means. Your personal data may be processed by our Company units by being created and updated as long as you benefit from the products and services we offer.

Additionally, when you use our call centers or our website, visit our Company or website, or participate in training, seminars, or events organized by our Company, your personal data may be processed.

The collected personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, including but not limited to conducting necessary studies by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our Company, customizing the products and services offered by our Company according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of individuals in business relationship with our Company (administrative operations related to communication conducted by our Company, ensuring the physical security and control of the Company's locations, evaluation/complaint management processes of customers, reputation research processes, event management, legal compliance process, audit, financial affairs, etc.), determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our Company, and ensuring the implementation of our Company's human resources policies.

2. To Whom and for What Purposes the Processed Personal Data May be Transferred Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, Company officials, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, for the purposes of conducting necessary studies by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our Company, customizing the products and services offered by our Company according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of individuals in business relationship with our Company (administrative operations related to communication conducted by our Company, ensuring the physical security and control of the Company's locations, evaluation of business partner/customer/supplier (authorized or employees) processes, reputation research processes, legal compliance process, audit, financial affairs, etc.), determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our Company, and ensuring the implementation of our Company's human resources policies.

3. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Reason Your personal data is acquired through any kind of verbal, written, or electronic means within the scope of the purposes stated above, in order to enable the products and services offered by our Company to be provided within the legal framework and to fulfill our Company's contractual and legal obligations in this context. Within the scope of this legal reason, your personal data collected for the purposes stated in clauses (1) and (2) of this text may also be processed and transferred in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner as per Article 11 of the KVKK As data subjects, you can submit your requests regarding your rights in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board to our Company through the methods regulated in this Data Protection Notice, depending on the nature of your request. In this regard, data subjects have the following rights:

• To learn whether personal data is processed,
• To request information if personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred, whether they are transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing disappear, despite being processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for the damages in case of suffering damages due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK, since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your request to our Company in writing in accordance with the KVKK. In this context, the channels and methods through which you can submit your applications within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK to our Company are explained below.

Our Company reserves the right to make changes to this data protection notice due to possible changes in the KVKK and methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
